Solution
In order to assess the situation, an agent was positioned to access the group and to develop relationships with key players and the target herself. The agent suspected that the daughter had been the subject of techniques designed to control and influence. The decision was taken to extract the girl at the first available opportunity. With the benefit of a situation assessment, a plan was developed to ensure the safe extraction of the target, who is now safely back with her family.
